Students & School Hearings
Is your child facing suspension or expulsion at school? Does your child have an upcoming disciplinary hearing? School districts have lawyers- you should too.
Not only do we represent children facing criminal charges, we also represent children in school disciplinary hearings. Children have rights in school hearings, and we make sure they are protected.
We're available to:
-Communicate with school personnel.
-Provide representation during disciplinary hearings.
-Analyze Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs), and apply them to manifestation hearings.
